Last Minute Exemption Order Allows Companies to Text and Fax Existing Customers

The Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) made a last minute announcement yesterday that companies are now able to send text and fax messages to existing customers without the need to check the Do-Not-Call (DNC) Registry.
